Our client, who recently relocated to the area, was pleased with the location but had a vision to change the layout of their new bungalow. The property was in need of a complete refurbishment. They initially provided us with detailed architectural drawings, but as the project progressed, they decided to make some adjustments to the design. We swiftly adapted to these changes, demonstrating our flexibility and commitment to meeting their evolving needs.​
The client was particularly impressed with our project manager, John, and his consistent communication throughout the build. The work included relocating the kitchen, removing walls, constructing new bathrooms, and building a new solid oak staircase.
Our in-house bathroom designer, Tara, worked closely with the client to create an impressive bathroom that has the "Wow" factor and has become a talking point for visitors. Externally, we developed a beautiful entertainment space at the rear and improved parking with a turning circle in the front.
The client is overjoyed with the final results, which have surpassed their expectations. They often receive compliments from passers-by and guests, a testament to the quality of our work.
