Our clients approached us to quote for the design & construction of a small ground-floor extension to provide a bathroom/wet room on the ground floor of their property.
After initial discussions on design, size and scope, we prepared a quotation for our clients, which they accepted. Our in-house designer, Tara, produced floor plans and 3D renderings of the proposed bathroom and refined the specifications to ensure they met our client’s exact requirements.
Our project manager, John, liaised with a CAD designer to produce elevation drawings, detailed floor plans and building regulation drawings. These were then submitted to the local authority.
Work began in mid-September 2023, demolishing the original small porch to the side of the property and digging out footings for the new extension. Our bricklayers then began constructing the new external walls. The works were overseen by John Slater, one of our Project Managers.
