We were established in 1968 & incorporated as a limited Company in 1975. Southstreet Builders Ltd has built a reputation for quality building work, ranging from minor repairs to the construction of individually designed new homes. We do not undertake speculative development work, preferring to build to specific client requirements.
One of the pleasing aspects of our business is that we have many regular clients who kindly provide us with continuing repeat business, showing their confidence in our ability to deliver the services required, whether for a minor repair or a significant project. We are happy to provide detailed references should this be appropriate.
We are an NHBC-registered builder for new homes and an NHBC remedial works contractor undertaking various works on behalf of the NHBC where new homes have failed, for varying reasons, under the terms of the NHBC 10-year Warranty.
